If you are mourning the loss of someone in your life, I offer you a safe, warm and nurturing place to be open, vulnerable and express your grief. Perhaps you have lost your beloved. Perhaps you have lost a friend. Perhaps you have lost someone who uniquely touched your life and heart. Perhaps you have lost someone with whom you had a conflicted and challenging relationship, and this too needs mourning.

The loss of a pregnancy can be one that is not openly spoke of or given the attention it deserves in our society. It can be a devastating loss that can bring up many waves of complex emotions. You may not have even had the opportunity to share the news that you were pregnant with loved ones and friends.
